Instructions
  1. Ingredients for Achaari chili paneer tikka. To make the achaari masala dry roast all the ingredients listed for achaari masala for 2 minutes in medium heat and grind to make a powder. Use this for marinating the vegetables.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, all species listed in the main ingredients and 1 tbsp oil and mix it.
  3. Add Paneer, bell pepper and onion to the above mixture and mix is well.
  4. Add kasoori methi and dried mint and mix well. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes.
  5. In a skewer arrange the Paneer and other vegetable in balanced manner.
  6. Heat a pan at medium heat and add 1 tsp oil. Grill the paneer and vegetable in the pan for 6 minutes.
  7. Switch off the flame once the it is grilled to golden brown color as in picture.
  8. Achaari chili paneer tikka is ready to serve with your favorite drink.
