- 200 gram Paneer cut into 1 inch squar
- 1 Green bell Pepper Cut into 1 inch square
- 1 Red bell pepper Cut into 1 inch square
- 1 Red onion Cut into 1 inch square
- 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 for marination and 1 for grilling
- 3 tbsp Hung curd
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1-1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala powder
- 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
- 1/2 tsp Dried mint
- 1/2 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste each
Achaari masala
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Nigella seeds also known as Kalongi seeds
- 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1/8 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 tsp Carom seeds also known as ajwain
