Momos are stuffed dumpling most popular in Nepal and Tibetan region. This steamed recipe is very delicious and healthy as does not need lot of oil in preparation. Generally it is made out of all purpose flour however in this recipe, I have tried using Rava in addition to all purpose flour. I have also tried two additional flavors spinach and beetroot. Carrot (Gajar) Halva is one of the popular dessert prepared with milk, mava and carrots. This recipe is generally prepared using a dark red carrot which is available in India and it gives a beautiful color to the dish. I could not find the same carrot in US so used regular carrots. You could add little bit of beetroot to get a darker shade. It is a rich recipe and teases your taste buds if you are health freak. Occasionally its good to give a treat to yourself.
