These tasty kababs are not deep fried, rather shallow fried; and are made with raw bananas, oats, carrots and spices. You can eat them as is or can make tikki chaat with them. Veg sandwich dhokla is instant dhokla in a different flavor. This recipe is a sandwich dhokla with gram flour, vegetable puree and mint chutney and provides a different flavor to the original Dhokla.
