Banana Oats kabab is a pleasant tea time snack as well as an after school snack for kids. These tasty kababs are not deep fried, rather shallow fried; and are made with raw bananas, oats, carrots and spices. You can eat them as is or can make tikki chaat with them. See my other recipe for making tikki chaat.

Quinoa Kale & Spinach Patties
Quinoa is very healthy and a good source of protein. It tastes similar to brown rice or oatmeal. Quinoa combined with fresh kale, spinach, oats, onion, carrot, potato and Parmesan cheese is sure to rock your taste buds! This recipe is so flexible you could make all kinds of substitutions to suit your preferences and still get the same basic result. I made two types of patties, plain patties and bread covered patties. These patties can be served as a tea time appetizer or sandwiches with avocado dip. Tastes awesome.

Tricolor Appam
Tricolor Independence day spacial Appam. Appam is a Kerala delicacy and is very simple to prepare. It’s tastes awesome with egg curry or vegetable stew. I have not used any food color for this rather used the color of vegetables itself. Happy Independence Day!!
