Litti (also called as bhouri in eastern India) & chokha is very popular and traditional dish from Bihar and Jharkhand. Traditionally litti is made on heat from coal or goyetha. Traditional food always give satisfaction to our taste buds. Litti is made with wheat flour and a filling prepared using sattu and some spices. This is very tasty and healthy dish. It can be made either by Frying or baking. It goes very well with baigan bhartha or potato and tomato chokha or simply with curd.
