Multi flavor Veg Momo

Momos are stuffed dumpling most popular in Nepal and Tibetan region. This steamed recipe is very delicious and healthy as does not need lot of oil in preparation. Generally it is made out of all purpose flour however in this recipe, I have tried using Rava in addition to all purpose flour. I have also tried two additional flavors spinach and beetroot. Enjoy the flavorful momos with Chili Garlic Sauce.

Grilled chili chicken

Grilled chili chicken is one of the favorite starters. Grilled chicken sauteed with bell peppers and tangy sauces, makes this dish delicious. In this recipe, i have used grilled chicken instant of fried chicken, but you can use fried chicken if you like. People loved it and it goes very well with drinks. This recipe is very easy to make and perfect for your parties.

Veg Manchurian

Paniyaram

Paniyaram is a south Indian recipe and mainly prepared using idli batter. In this recipe I have added carrot, spinach and some spices which gives nice color and taste to paniyaram. You would need a Paniyaram pan to prepare this recipe. It’s a breakfast item and brings a variety in your breakfast. This tiny lentil and rice colorful balls can pack for your kids lunch boxes.

Baingan Bharta

Baingan (eggplant) Bharta  recipe is prepared using roasted baingan. There are many dishes you can be prepare using baingan, like a baingan bhaja, pakodas, sabji or so on. Roasting baigan on coal based furnace gives a nice smoky flavor and tastes delicious. In this recipe, baingan has been roasted on coil based electric stove. You can also roast on a gas stove. This is mainly a Punjabi dish and very popular in Northern part of India. This goes very well with Bihari dish litti and also goes very well as side with paratha, rice and daal.
