Quinoa Kale & Spinach Patties

Quinoa is very healthy and a good source of protein. It tastes similar to brown rice or oatmeal. Quinoa combined with fresh kale, spinach, oats, onion, carrot, potato and Parmesan cheese is sure to rock your taste buds! This recipe is so flexible you could make all kinds of substitutions to suit your preferences and still get the same basic result. I made two types of patties, plain patties and bread covered patties. These patties can be served as a tea time appetizer or sandwiches with avocado dip. Tastes awesome.

Veg Pizza Basket

Kids love pizza and get crazy as they hear this word. Veg Pizza Basket is an appetizer recipe prepared from pizza dough and mixed vegetables. You could use any vegetable of your choice as well as chicken. Feel free to  adjust the quantity of  cheese according to your taste. This is a nice appetizer for parties or gatherings and I am sure every one would love it.
